Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated operations professional that will provide sales and business operations support to the Global Partner Channel (GPC) team in efforts to accelerate and scale the growth of our partner business. This individual will be a strategic business partner to segment(s) of our Americas GPC organization by executing support functions essential to sales force productivity. These include planning, reporting, process optimization, pipeline realization, on-boarding, and compensation design and administration.
What you get to do in this role:
Be the Partner Operations business partner to GPC leaders in the Americas GEO
Provide regular and ad-hoc intelligence for insights into business drivers, performance-to-targets and areas of risks
Communicate appropriate policy and best practices to ensure understanding of internal policies and guidelines
Involved in preparing presentation package for Quarterly Business Review (QBR) or other leadership presentations
Contribute to development of key performance metrics to help drive sales productivity
Ability to drive planning efforts and meet timelines related to quota setting and compensation
Be a subject matter expert to identify data and process gaps and work with extended teams (IT, Change Management, Enablement etc) to drive evolution with near-term and long-term solutions
Manage duties as required to drive accurate and frictionless close of business; month and quarter-end responsibilities
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive/influence business and operational objectives
Other ad hoc responsibilities as required in support of the organization needs
