Control budget.
Conduct monthly inventory.
Effectively lead, manage and communicate with teams.
Recruit, train and supervise all staff.
Meet safety and sanitation standards.
Schedule employees to ensure shifts have proper coverage.
Streamline the restaurant processes to improve the guest experience.
