Job Description
The Process Support Specialist will enhance our Customer Service team by leveraging expertise in Sika’s products, policies, and procedures. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing exceptional support to our customers and internal teams.
Conduct internal and external training, manage account reconciliation, process material returns (RMAs), facilitate new account setups, e-commerce user setups and maintenance, and assist with order processing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners to enhance and streamline processes and procedures.
Apply problem solving skills to address and resolve conflicting issues professionally, confidently, and efficiently.
Support the RSB Customer Care Team, which may include some travel to customer sites and Sika locations as needed.
