Job Description

Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. The position is responsible for assisting in all company legal matters, including company transactions, intellectual property pursuits, compliance with applicable regulations, company privacy practices, and any litigation. Specific responsibilities as part of Team Trove will include:

Administering legal department files, emails, projects, and tasks

Managing contract, patent, trademark, litigation, corporate, compliance, and other company databases and records, and preparing related reports

Assisting with deadline tracking and following up on delegated projects

Assisting with the enforcement of intellectual property rights

Conducting basic contract negotiations and redlines under attorney supervision

Preparing agreements for execution

Performing other paralegal tasks as needed
