 Rapyuta Robotics is hiring a Network Engineer as part of our operations team. The operations team you will be assigned to works with internal sales, product development, and customers to devise and implement the best possible solution to ensure the total success of installation, integration, and operations of robots in a customer’s logistics facility. 

 To drive the robotics revolution, we are looking for talented, motivated, and daring people who are willing to take on difficult challenges. 

 Responsibilities  

Conduct network site surveys, analyze and report the findings of customers networks 

Design network layout and configure network devices 

Liaise with third party vendors for installation of network devices at customer sites 

Conduct network security analysis and maintenance 

Provide support, maintenance, and training to customers to ensure stable operations of the installed robotics system 

Communicate with internal members and vendors to resolve operational issues 

Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative operational data about the product and make suggestions for improvement 

Create and maintain operations manuals and promote service quality improvement

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, computer science, or a related technical field 

3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer, or similar role 

Experience building, deploying, or supporting large scale network infrastructures 

Experience with conducting wireless site surveys using ekahau, airmagnet or similar 

Network+ or CCNA certification or equivalent network knowledge  

An obsession with delivering a high-quality product and service to customers 

Ability to independently operate under high pressure, emergent situations 

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) 

Ability to interface effectively with remote engineering team members to ensure timely resolution of operational issues
