TechOp Solutions is seeking a Paralegal with strong communication skills and experience within government legal environments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of performing well in a fast-paced setting. They should be skilled in supporting legal teams and working closely with Government clients. The Paralegal will play a key role in analyzing legal needs, developing practical solutions, and contributing to the continuous improvement of legal processes and Government compliance. 

Legal Research 

Document Preparation 

Case Management 

Client Communication 

Administrative Support 

Court Filings 

Compliance 

Confidentiality 

Other duties, as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college AND a Paralegal certification (e.g., from NALA, NFPA) OR 

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, plus 3 years of work experience. (Paralegal experience is preferred) 

Strong knowledge of legal terminology, research, and writing techniques. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis). 

Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. 

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
