In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring that they receive a warm welcome and excellent service throughout their stay. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, process payments, and assist guests with any inquiries or requests they may have. Our ideal candidate is friendly, customer-focused, and has a strong attention to detail.

Pay: $17 - $18 Per Hour
Working Hours: Part -Time

Requirements
Prior customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous hotel experience is a plus
