Job Title: Sales Advisor - New Homes (Site Based)
Location: Kent
Salary: Competitive + Excellent Commission
Reports to: Sales Manager
Contract: Temp to Perm

Job Purpose:

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in connecting buyers with their dream homes, providing expert guidance and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll take potential buyers through the full sales process, ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry to completion. Your efforts will directly support the company’s ongoing success and reputation for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

* Be the welcoming face of the company, providing guidance and support to homebuyers.

* Tailor the customer experience to individual needs, ensuring each client feels valued and supported.

*

Sales:

* Manage all stages of the sales process, from initial enquiry to contract completion.

* Showcase properties professionally, offering expert knowledge on home features and development details.

* Maintain an active approach to engaging potential buyers, ensuring no opportunity is missed.

*

Sales Administration:

* Ensure all contracts, reservations, and sales documents are processed accurately.

* Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems, ensuring GDPR compliance.

* Work closely with external partners such as solicitors and financial advisors to facilitate sales progression.

*

Reporting:

* Provide regular sales updates and reports to management, contributing insights and strategies.

*

Show Home Presentation:

* Ensure all show homes are impeccably presented to potential buyers, coordinating with teams for updates.

Skills and Experience Required:

Previous experience in new homes or property sales is essential, alongside excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will need to be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple sales simultaneously, and comfortable using CRM systems.

* Qualifications:

* GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).

* A full UK driving licence is required.
