Our client is growing name in civil projects in the UK so this is a great opportunity to join as they scale-up. This project is a civil and earthworks package totalling £25M working on a substation which will link up to the Hornsea windfarm.

Main responsibilities are;

* Understand the contractual requirements of project documents including the roles and responsibilities of all involved and the notices required to record change.

* Liaise with the client, client representatives and other 3rd parties on commercial issues, including the agreement of additional monies.

* Subcontract procurement and management

* Assist with claims management

* Cost management for project/section of works

* Value management for project/section of works

* Change management for project/section of works

* Risk and opportunity management for project/section of works

You will need to have minimum 5 years experience of NEC contracts (Option B preferably).
