Talent Acquisition Partner
As the Talent Acquisition Partner for our Flagship RPO account, you will be recruiting externally as the client across all skill sets; a wider delivery team and an established supply network will also support you.
A critical part of this role will be building stakeholder relationships across the site, being an escalation point and providing solutions to any problems or needs which may arise. You will also be responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for roles across various departments.
Please note, this is a part time position based in Gloucester.
Responsibilities:
Vacancy briefing with line managers to understand the role profile
Conducting regular vacancy update calls with hiring managers
Undertake pre and post interview discussions with managers and coordinate the feedback process
Act as the conduit between the client’s hiring manager community, HR, sourcing functions, suppliers and brand management
Debriefing with line managers following interview to gather views and feedback both on fit and interview technique
Proactively targeting passive candidates in the market
Proactively build talent pools for the future
Maintain a good understanding of the Aerospace talent market and competitive awareness
Promote the client brand in the market
Managing internal applicants
Conducting first telephone screen candidate applications for internal vacancies
Liaise with the wider TA team effectively to maximise time spent on proactive recruitment
Key Skills:
Experienced in the full recruitment cycle within a Talent Acquisition, MSP or RPO environment.
Able to adapt interview style to level of role and the line manager's requirements.
Ability to communicate and build rapport with a wide variety of managers from different business areas.
Organised and efficient at maintaining records on CRM systems
Demonstrate ability to multi-task, and be creative
Ability to perform under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Highly motivated individual who displays initiative
