Job Title: HR Business Partner (Technology)
Salary: £70-75,000pa
Location: Birmingham / hybrid
JGA are partnered with a fast growing business seeking an HR Business Partner with experience liaising with Technology stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Leading on workforce planning for the technology function.
Acting as a transformation SME.
Partnering with business leaders on change management.
Key member of the technology SLT.
Partnering with broader HR teams.
Adoption of engagement surveys.
Skills required:
Proven experience liaising and working with technology stakeholders.
Experience supporting multi-national functions.
Understanding of organisational change management.
Strong communicator.
CIPD qualification desirable.
