We’re seeking a skilled Damp Surveyor with 5+ years of experience to join our team, specializing in diagnosing and resolving damp issues, including basement waterproofing. You’ll work across a variety of properties and help us maintain our high standards in property care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive surveys to identify damp and related issues.
* Work alongside other specialists to create tailored solutions.
* Provide clear, detailed reports and expert advice to clients.
What We Need:
* Strong background in damp surveying and building pathology.
* PCA qualification preferred, but training provided.
* Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel.
What We Offer:
* Competitive pay: £45k-£55k based on experience, plus commission and overtime.
* Work hours: 8 am-5 pm, Monday to Friday.
* 28 days paid holiday, company vehicle, and fuel card
