Location: Bromley
Role: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Start Date: September
Requirements: Enhanced DBS on the update service

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant for a full-time position in Bromley. This role involves providing 1:1 support to children with mild SEN, helping them to thrive in a mainstream primary school setting.

Our teaching strategies are 'brain-friendly,' ensuring children receive the support they need to learn best.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 support to children with mild SEN, helping them engage with and access the curriculum.
Assist in creating a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.
Implement individualised learning plans and strategies tailored to the needs of the child.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support the child's development.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and accepting classroom atmosphere.Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience working with children with SEN is preferred.
Strong commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
