What will I be doing?

A brief overview of the day to day:

Ensure all staff company with all policies and procedures, government regulations and health & safety rules.
Continuously assess your staff against an identified performance criteria, address issues of both performance and conduct and follow the companies HR policies.
Manage KPI's to meet contractual terms and internal expectations.
Actively work to improve the overall performance, efficiency and productivity of the team.What do you need?

An established background in warehouse shift management.
Ability to create an excellent working environment and implement long -term improvements.
