ECommerce and Marketing Graduate
Location: Bedford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Our Bedford based client, a thriving food retailer dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional service to their customers, is seeking an ECommerce and Marketing Graduate to join their team on a permanent basis.
In this position, you'll play a pivotal role in driving online sales and enhancing brand visibility. You'll work closely with their Business Development Manager to streamline online business operations and implement effective marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
ECommerce:
Manage online orders, stock availability, and provide customer service.
Coordinate couriers, generate shipping labels, and update product and promotional info.
Collaborate with the sales team on pricing, promotions, and maintain reports/KPIs.
Stay current on Shopify and Etsy SEO techniques and implement new tools like screen recording apps.
Marketing Support:
Manage and update the online product catalogue, enhancing listings with images and video.
Support SEO strategies, drive web traffic, and generate leads through promotions.
Develop and execute social media campaigns, creating engaging content (graphics, videos, GIFs).
Assist with marketing strategy, admin tasks, and Adobe Creative Suite artwork.
Requirements:
Degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, particularly in food retail.
Proficient in Shopify, Etsy, SEO, and website analytics tools.
Strong communication, creativity, multitasking, and organisational skills.
