Position: Contract Manager
Location: Midlands Region
Working Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: £60,000 + Car allowance
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the entire contract lifecycle from negotiation to execution, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
* Compliance: Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts, providing solutions to potential issues.
* Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze contract performance, ensuring deliverables are met and identifying areas for improvement.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documents.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience: Proven experience as a Contract Manager or similar role with a strong track record of managing and overseeing contracts.
* Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in contract management.
* Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of contract law and relevant regulations.
* Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
* Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
