A manufacturing and production client of ours in the Colchester area are recruiting a Sales and Marketing Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time position working Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 5.00pm and Friday 8.00am - 1.00pm. Paying £28,000 per annum depending on experience. This company are happy to consider part-time candidates for the right person.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

Processing sales orders
Answering customer calls
Generating quotes and following up with customers
Completing despatch paperwork and booking shipments
Responding to routine customer queries
Managing and updating our pricing spreadsheets
Updating and maintaining CRM systems
Managing and updating the company website
Generating social media content
Any other admin tasks as required
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Sales and Marketing Administrator position:

Excellent Microsoft office skills including Excel
Capable of using publishing software
Experience in using Wordpress
Highly organised
Excellent communication skills
