Join an innovator in the tech and finance sectors for a pioneering high-level security company as a Junior Scrum Master. They safeguard UK government buildings and are revolutionising services for fintech giants. As they scale, they're looking for a Junior Scrum Master to join their team.
They offer hybrid working, one day in the office.
THE ROLE:
Overall you will support agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring adherence to agile principles. This includes:
Working with product development, compliance, operations, development, testing and marketing teams
Oversee change management process, mediating and prioritising tickets
Monitor and assess release performance, communicate insights, plans and progress
Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Professional experience as a Scrum Master, managing 3-4 projects simultaneously
Experience delivering project scope documents, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements, particularly in financial services
Managing project trackers and RAID logs, assisting in developing project plans and monitoring performance
Strong planning and organisational skills.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
£45,000, depending on experience.
25 days holiday + public holidays.
