Key Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to assess their mortgage needs and requirements
Provide guidance and advice on mortgage options, terms, and conditions
Evaluate client creditworthiness and determine mortgage eligibility
Collaborate with underwriters, administrators, solicitors, to ensure smooth mortgage processing
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, trends, and best practices
Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, solicitors and clients
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process
Managing the entire mortgage application process.
Handle often-complex client queries on a day-to-day basis;
Provide high-quality service
Required Skills and Experience:
You'll be CeMAP qualified
Have 1+ years experience as a Mortgage Advisor
Have Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
Excellent communication abilities with a passion for delighting customers
Be a self-starter and highly motivated to deliver amazing customer experience
Proven ability to develop strong relationships across internal team members (i.e. our Pre Application, Case Management and Underwriting teams)
Highly organised with exceptional time management skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment embracing continuous improvement
