We are currently recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join one of our partner schools in Dudley. The Role:

As a Primary Teacher, your key responsibility will be to deliver engaging, creative lessons across Key Stages 1 or 2, fostering a positive learning environment for all pupils. You will be a key figure in the classroom, supporting each child's academic, emotional, and social development, while ensuring lessons are aligned with the national curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to varying abilities
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning atmosphere
Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support pupil learning and development
Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding student progress
Contribute to school initiatives and extracurricular activities

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Key Stage 1 and/or 2
In-depth knowledge of the national curriculum
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Ability to inspire, engage, and challenge pupils of all abilities
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Passion for teaching and commitment to pupil development
