Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
Relevant Architectural Technology degree.
Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for a variety of projects.
Work closely with architects and other team members to ensure designs are technically accurate and feasible.
Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations and standards.
Assist in the preparation of planning applications and other regulatory submissions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and technical standards within the practice.
At least several years of experience as an Architectural Technician.
Proficiency in ArchiCAD would be preferred.
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
