We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join one of our partner schools in Birmingham. The Role:

As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons to pupils across Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. You will play an essential role in promoting a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters both academic achievement and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver dynamic, creative lessons aligned with the national curriculum
Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress, providing regular feedback
Create a supportive and inclusive environment that meets the needs of all learners
Implement effective classroom and behaviour management strategies
Work collaboratively with staff and parents to support pupil development
Participate in school activities and contribute to the wider school community

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Key Stage 1 and/or 2
Strong understanding of the national curriculum
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Ability to inspire and engage pupils from a range of abilities
A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
