Gap Personnel who are operating as an employment business are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Operative for a company based in Warrington.
This is a permanent position.
Our client is a family-run distributor serving plumbers merchants and builders merchants across the UK. It is an exciting time for our emerging business, and we are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our brilliant team.
The successful candidate will:
· Work across Goods In / Out functions.
· Possess a keen attention to detail while PICKING plastic plumbing and building plastics. Specific emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
· PACKAGE orders for dispatch and carefully load our vehicles as well as carriers.
· Manage own workload whilst demonstrating a flexible and professional approach at all times.
· Adhere to the company's Health & Safety policy ensuring safe working and practices.
· Maintain a flexible and professional approach as well as an ability to work as part of a team.
· Self-motivated and committed with a desire to learn and develop.
Previous or current experience working within the Construction Industry is desirable but not essential.
Hours of work:
* 50 hours per week
* Flexible shifts (6am-4pm, 7am-5pm, 8am-6pm)
* Monday to Friday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £29,744.00 per year
