Are you looking for a cleaner role with a key holding responsibility? Thorn Baker FM are looking for an experienced cleaner immediately who is looking for a temp to perm opportunity. Based in Durham, DH1 post code area. Due to the location of the site you will need to drive and have your own vehicle.

This role is starting immediately.

Pay rate: £12.50 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 5pm till 7pm

Main Duties

May involve Lone working
Will have the responsibility to be a key holder
Ensure that all areas of the building are cleaned on time to the standards and specification,
Cleaning in a medical building
Sweeping, mopping, hoovering, changing / emptying the bins
Experience/Skills

Cleaning experience
Reliable and trustworthy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under own initiative and demonstrate effective problem solving

If you have cleaning experience based as housekeeper, janitor, office cleaner. Also if you have done a key holder cleaner role.
