The Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across Key Stages 1 and 2. You will be expected to inspire, challenge, and support children to reach their full potential, while ensuring a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be an adaptable, enthusiastic, and professional individual, with a strong commitment to delivering high standards in education.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver creative, dynamic lessons that meet national curriculum guidelines
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe and encouraged to learn
Collaborate with colleagues to support the learning and development of all pupils
Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding student achievements and areas for development
Ensure effective classroom management and behaviour strategies are in place
Support school initiatives and contribute to wider school life
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching across Key Stages 1 and/or 2
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
Excellent classroom management skills
Ability to engage and motivate pupils of all abilities
A passion for teaching and a genuine commitment to improving student outcomes
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
