an exciting and challenging learning environment for about 181 pupils who need our support because of their learning difficulties, autism or speech, language and communication as well as SEMH needs. Aged 11-16, these amazing young people need the skills of outstanding practitioners to enable them to make progress, learn to believe in their own futures and to become independent and confident members of the community.
As a teacher, your role is to engage positively with a students and to support them to engage successfully in their learning..
