We are currently looking for an Electrical Contracts Manager & Estimator.

Experienced Electrical Contracts manager & estimator with proven experience of managing tenders from inception to submission, then to provide contacts management through to completion.
Must be able to understand and read through specifications and drawings provided.
The role shall include estimating projects from various different sectors including commercial, education, healthcare and industrial.
Full time position
The salary is flexible dependant on experience but is in the range of £45,000 - £55,000 plus company vehicle.

Suitable candidates may have the following qualities:-

Thorough and efficient supplier and subcontractor knowledge
Understanding of associated electrical services
Flexible and dedicated in approach to deadlines with both tenders and project completion dates.
Computer literate with experience of Estimation software Issuing/updating tender documents via an electronic control system
Willing and able to work as part of a team with personal skills to promote good relationships and a friendly working environment
Ensuring quality standards are maintained in accordance with Company policies
Working in an integrated teamWe would also consider interviewing approved electricians who are timed served with certification looking to progress their careers from on site to an office / management role. salary expectations will be dependant on experience and qualifications should we pursue this option

Salary

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum based on experience plus company Vehichle.
