Machine Operator required for a permanent, full time role at a recycling company based in Exeter - EX2

£25,038 per annum
Overtime paid at £19.26 per hour after 40 hours worked per week
Monday-Friday (Apply online only)
30 mins paid break, 30 mins unpaid
Free parking on site or accessible by bus routes Green and B
Canteen on site
Annual shut down between Christmas and New Year

About the role

Loading and unloading vehicles and ships using machinery such as 360° Material Handler, Wheeled loading shovel and Forklifts
Ensuring that materials that arrive on site are processed safely and efficiently
Carry out final inspection of dispatched materials
Assist in the scheduling of inward and outward transport
Liaise with customers, drivers and contractors who visit the site
The right candidate

Prior experience of operating 360° Material Handler / Wheeled loading shovel / Forklifts
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Able to work flexible working hours to include occasional evenings and weekends
