Who This Job Would Suit

This role is ideal for a driven, dynamic individual with a strong engineering background in automation and bespoke engineering. The successful candidate will be ambitious and hungry to grow both the business and their career within the organisation. They should excel in strategic planning, business development, and possess excellent communication skills to establish key relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Senior Management Team and marketing consultant to create and execute strategic sales plans in Ireland.
Enhance brand awareness in the UK.
Utilise networking abilities to build contacts and generate enquiries in Ireland.
Maintain and develop the Sales System (Salesforce).
Conduct site visits to view potential projects and capture technical information.
