Success Recruit are currently working with a leading supplier based in Witham providing a high-end service to the Construction Industry. Our client is looking for a Temporary Accounts Assistant to help within the Accounts team due to internal expansion.

The successful candidate will have a positive can-do attitude towards working within a busy team environment and with a hands-on approach to support the Accounts Payable Supervisor within the department.

The successful Temporary Accounts Assistant expectations:

* Experience working within a Finance Department

* Confident with purchase ledger

* Car needed due to the location

Purpose of the role:

The Temporary Accounts Assistant will be to support the Accounts Payable Supervisor as well as other team members in accounts. The position is ideal for someone who likes inputting information onto a database system and has excellent attention to detail.

Duties to include but not limited to…

* Attention to detail / accurate inputting essential

* Purchase ledger experience

* Data entry

* Confident with invoices as well as inputting invoices onto internal database

* Inputting bank details for new suppliers

* Assisting the Accounts team with any other ad hoc tasks as required by the business

* General admin

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their experience within Accounts with the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities.

Hours: Monday – Thursday - Flexible hours, either 08am – 4.00pm or 9am – 5pm can be considered.

Salary: £14.50 per hour. Fixed term contract for 3 months. This may be extended and could lead to a perm position.
