I am currently working with a SEND school based in Cambridge who are looking for Learning Support assistants across the school.
This school is completely committed to an inclusive education for all and therefore are seeking their next super stars.
To be considered for this role:
* You must be SEND trained/ have at least 6 months experience
* You must have experience of working with autistic children
* You must have a clear understanding of positive behaviour management
* You must be flexible in your approach to manager difficult behaviour
* You must be resilient
The learners need support with behaviour and communication, often getting frustrated with activities and can portray an aggressive behaviour when not able to complete tasks due to lack of understanding.
The school will offer:
