BREEAM Assessor

This is an excellent opportunity to join an award winning independent environmental consultancy who provide multidisciplined services to various projects within the construction industry. They are currently on the lookout for an experienced BREEAM Assessor to join their sustainability team in London.
Role responsibilities for a BREEAM Assessor include:
Undertake BREEAM Assessments from feasibility stage through to project completion
Carry out sustainability assessments, life cycle analysis, and decarbonisation reports
Deliver BREEAM and sustainability projects as well as providing consultancy on area pertaining to BREEAM credits and sustainability targets
Work alongside clients and design team to help deliver key sustainability objectivesThe ideal BREEAM Assessor will have:
Relevant degree within an environmental science or engineering discipline
Strong experience as a BREEAM Assessor or Sustainability consultant within the construction industry
BREEAM Assessor qualification such as BREEAM New Construction
Experience delivering on projects across a variety of sectors such as residential and commercial
Excellent communication and organisational skillsBenefits of the role include:
