Key Responsibilities:

Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective early years education.
Provide one-on-one and group support to children, fostering their development and learning.
Cover lessons during teacher PPA time, ensuring continuity of education and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Support the planning and implementation of creative and stimulating activities.
Observe and assess children's progress, contributing to records and reports.Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
