Are you passionate about fashion and have experience in online visual merchandising?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Website Merchandiser to join our client's Website Trading Team!

As a Website Merchandiser, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day and weekly merchandising activities on the website. Working alongside their buying, creative, editorial and technical teams. If you are detail-oriented, organised, and have a genuine interest in fashion, this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

Ensure that all pages on our client's website are beautifully and strategically merchandised to support the organisation's business goals.
Utilise visual merchandising tools to maximise sales potential by effectively showcasing products.
Take ownership of curating the "What to Wear" collections, performing weekly maintenance, and providing reporting on performance.
Collaborate closely with the Brand Campaign, Fashion, and Site teams to create a seamless user journey during campaigns.
Act as the main point of contact between Website Merchandising and the Buying & Merchandising team.
Manage global 'What's New' trading and merchandising on a weekly basis, including product linking, resurfacing, and ensuring product readiness for upload.
Monitor and report on the performance of assigned categories, providing actionable insights and making recommendations for optimisation and improvement.
Contribute to sales, trade, and team meetings by preparing agendas, relevant reports, analysis, and actions.
Support the Site Trading Manager in coordinating and executing onsite promotional moments and Seasonal Markdowns.
Stay up to date with delivery times, brand launches, and key products to strategically trade the website.
Ensure that all marketing promotional areas and products are attractively merchandised with new and relevant products.
Approve product selections for editorial, product marketing, and content briefs.
Conduct daily audits of the site to ensure that high-exposure products are surfaced and attractively presented, while maintaining correct classification and merchandising.
Take responsibility for maintaining the merchandising of the Designer landing page through reporting and optimisation.
Coordinate seasonal updates to content featured on landing pages.
Perform any other duties as required.Essential Skills:

Previous experience in online visual merchandising in a luxury retail environment, with extensive knowledge of luxury fashion brands.
A strong commercial awareness, coupled with creative flair and a genuine passion for luxury fashion.
Understanding and empathy towards the global luxury consumer.
Highly computer literate, with preferably a good knowledge of website systems and analytics tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently liaise with individuals at all levels.
Flexibility, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
