Sales Support Administrator
Location: Basildon, Hybrid working: Monday and Friday at home and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in the office in Basildon
Salary: £28K – £30K per annum, DOE
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 08:30am – 17:30pm

We are now recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator
As our Sales Support Administrator you will assume responsibility for:
* Support the BLD with reporting and presentations
* Cross department collaboration to support DSMS
* Logging Visit reports for all the DSM field team (Light (5), Medium and Heavy (4)
* Support the Public Sector channel with tender submissions, monitoring, reporting and invoicing.
* Supporting the Preowned sellout activity.
* Administration of Government Grant Schemes
* Support organisation of monthly team meetings
* Support sales team at events and marketing initiatives
* To quickly gain a knowledge of all IVECO systems in particular SAP, EPL, STS, Concur, (New CRM)
* Support BLD as the role evolves embracing changes and new tasks.
Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications
* Sales Experience a Bonus
* Ability to demonstrate experience of working within a Customer Service environment
* Ability to provide excellent customer service both over the telephone or face to face
* PC literate and experience in using various computer-based systems
* Great attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data
* An excellent working knowledge of Excel
* An excellent working knowledge of PowerPoint/Presentations
* Able to organise and prioritise, working to tight time schedules
* Reliable with good time keeping skills.
