We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with a strong focus on full stack development. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in front-end development and a solid understanding of back-end technologies. Potential development projects within Arqiva may be related to Media, Utilities or Corporate applications however specific experience in these areas is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop frontend components and features using modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js or React.js.
* Design and implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
* Develop backend services using Python or similar languages.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
* Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire stack
* Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Must Haves
* Proven software development experience and skills.
* Strong knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
* Strong understanding of HTML semantics, accessibility, performance, and best practices.
* Experience with frontend frameworks like Vue.js and/or React.js.
* Experience with integrating with backend systems based on AWS
* Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
* Ability to lead and input to design decisions
* Experience with Python for backend development.
* Familiarity with other similar languages and frameworks.
* Experience with Agile/scrum ways of working and relevant tools
