Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an SAP Commerce Cloud Technical Consultant for a global client in the beverage Industry.

Objective of the requirement: Conduct an assessment of existing configurations to furnish essential input for the implementation of new features, prepare detailed development specifications for ABAP developers in alignment with the requirements of features or user stories, provide support to QA teams and other testers with validation processes in SAP S/4 or SAP CRM, and undertake research on required Master Data to supply it to developers or QA teams.

Requirements for the SAP Commerce Cloud Technical Consultant:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support SAP CRM solutions within SAP Commerce Cloud, customizing to meet business needs.
• Provide expert advice on SAP CRM and E-commerce best practices and emerging trends.
• Resolve SAP CRM issues and conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
• Monitor and improve CRM processes for efficiency and effectiveness, supporting QA teams with validation.
• Prepare development specs for ABAP developers and provide necessary Master Data to developers or QA teams.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in FMCG. Functional expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP S/4 HANA, and SAP CRM. Agile team player with strong knowledge of SAP Market-to-Cash processes.
