I'm recruiting a Lead DevOps Engineer with Java, Python, NodeJS experience for an established financial organisation with offices based across the UK.

• Bristol (hybrid working).
• Digital Banking Platforms.
• £85,000-£105,000 base salary.

As a Lead DevOps Engineer you'll sit within the Senior Leadership Team, applying your technical expertise and coaching/mentoring experience.

Monitoring project progress, addressing issues within a promptly and timely fashion. Engaging with continuous improvement initiatives, learning the environment and encouraging growth within the team. Lead maintenance and enhancement of service infrastructure, within a 24/7 environment, ensuring reliability and efficiency.

Experience Required:

• Past experience within a leadership/principal role.
• Good knowledge of software development, operations, and DevOps.
• Good knowledge of Azure DevOps or AWS cloud services.
• Good experience using cloud programming languages (Java, JavaScript) and development frameworks (js, Node.js).
