IT Support Officer
IT Support Officer - Hybrid - 22k-25k
My client is looking for someone to join their business and work closely with IT Help Desk team. You will be there to support the business handling inquiries along with IT Admin requests through the companies Help Desk software.
The IT Support Officer should have previous experience within an IT Help Desk/Service Desk previously and excellent customer service experience along with a very good appreciation and passion of IT support.
Technical skills are required for this role, and previous involvement of the follow, Active Directory, Office 365/Azure user, group administration, Microsoft Intune implementation, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
You will need
- To provide an excellent first point of contact within IT for all enquiries including recording, prioritising, assigning, and managing all requests and incidents reported to the Help Desk.
- Experience managing customer expectations and communications. This will include face to face engagement, phone and email.
- Recording and tracking project issues and escalating to the necessary project teams as well as escalating to the external IT support company and other colleagues.
This role will be a hybrid model with 3 days in office (Travel to Newark-On-Trent) and 2 days working from home.
