Content Writer/Creator

Our client, a leading global supplier for IT services, requires a Content Writer/Creator to be based in their client's office.

This is a hybrid role and you will be able to work some days remotely.

This is a 6-Month temporary contract to start ASAP.

Day rate: Competitive Market rate

The role is to review correspondence outputs/artifacts created by UCH and portal contents by Digital teams to the members and employers of the pension schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review of customer correspondence through multiple channels (Portal contents, Email, Letters, Reports, Statements, Secure messages etc.) and correct the sentence to meet context, UK pensions regulatory and statutory working and British English requirements.
• Create content suitable for the context of the correspondence or portal screens.
• Review of layouts, aesthetics, look and feel, suitability of images in portal screens and other improvements in the correspondence

Key Requirements

• Should have experience in content development
• Should have experience in Financial services industry
• Must have UK specific business communication with British English skills
• Should have Pensions industry experience with regulatory statutory content knowledge
• Experience in web content creation for public portals and mobile user interface.
• Experience in User support video creation for portal navigation
• Must have good communication, creativity and British English
