About the Role
- Undertake daily duties to include Query Management, IBT's, Requisitions, Orders, Works Orders, Outstanding Orders, Quotes, Unresolved supplier invoice queries, Monitor Shared Outlook Inbox, Monitor Personal Outlook Inbox, help educate the Network on Flow Products.
- Assist with order book to ensure accuracy of monthly targets, OTIF
- Monitoring of workloads - plan workload with Team.
- Supplier interaction/relationship building with core suppliers / Branch Network.
- Voice ideas and work together with the Branch Support Manager to ensure we are working to best in class.
- Help change and implement any changes or develop new processes where needed.
- Help deliver and improve to give the best service and technical support to the Network
- Assist and participate with any training needed - system and product training.
- Communicate with the Branch Support Manager any issues/problems.
- Assist in raising safety Report cards on Intelex
- Should be adaptable and welcome change and be willing to develop the role and themselves with help from the Branch Support Manager.
Must have knowledge within the Process Valves industry
