This continually growing manufacturing business, that provides specialist equipment for the water and waste sector are looking to recruit a Service Engineer who will provide breakdown, service and commissioning support for sites in East Sussex.
The key focus in this customer facing role is to provide safe and timely delivery of work allocated, reporting back as directed by company procedures to meet customer and company expectations.
Within this role, typical responsibilities will be to: -
Obtain tasks through online software.
Ensure customers are informed of ETA on site.
Carry out visual risk assessment for each job and raise any concerns with line manager.
Complete job in a timely manner, reporting on parts used.
Carry out monthly stock checks for van and offsite storage.The successful candidate will: -
Have mechanical experience, gained in a service engineering role.
Be electrically competent.
Hold a clean driving licence.
Be able to work independently and enjoy the outdoors.
Ideally have experience of the wastewater industry, not essential.On offer: -
