Self Employed Mortgage Advisor - Flexible / Hybrid:

Are you an existing self employed mortgage advisor, with a small client bank, who is seeking a way of taking their business to the next level? Or, are you already hitting good numbers, but aspire to achieve more?
Are you struggling to achieve a consistent level of leads? Does your existing network fail to support you? Do you require an additional lead source?
This role enables you to build on what you have already started and will supply you with further leads and opportunities, whilst offering a flexible working pattern. You will predominantly work remotely from home and on occasion, depending on the needs of individual clients, you may be required to conduct some appointments in an Essex based office. Therefore, being Essex based and owning a driving licence and vehicle is essential for this role.

Our client, an independent Financial Services brokerage and growing operation, is seeking an experienced Self Employed Mortgage Advisor to join their flourishing and expanding team. The founder and owner of the business has grown it to a level where they now wish to come away from writing business themselves, so they can focus on more operationally, by developing their team and expanding the business further. Leads that they would normally write themselves, will now be available for the successful applicant to capitalise on!

Self Employed Mortgage Advisor - Applicant Requirements:

CeMAP 1, 2 and 3 qualified, or equivalent
A valid UK driving licence and own vehicle
To be Essex based and an experienced mortgage advisor, preferably with some of their own clients / a moderate client bank
The successful candidate will display outstanding customer service skills as well as being a highly motivated professional and a real "people person", with the ambition to be the very best they can be

Self Employed Mortgage Advisor - Commission Package:

70% of self-generated leads if you are banking LESS than £5,000 per calendar month
80% of self-generated leads if you are banking MORE than £5,000 per calendar month
50-50 split on leads supplied to you from the business - the owner plans to step away from writing business, so this could be lucrative
Flexibility to work the hours/days you wish as long as you can support a branch when required
