Mechanical Contracts Manager
Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a leading design and build contractor based in Coventry.
They are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead and oversee a high-profile project focused on the decarbonisation of 11 schools across London.
This role is 2 days office-based in Coventry and 3 days on-site in London.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the progress and delivery of decarbonisation projects across 11 schools in London.
* Collaborate with and manage on-site teams, including Site Managers and Supervisors, ensuring project timelines and goals are met.
* Act as the key point of contact between the project sites and our Operations and Commercial Directors, reporting on production, progress, and commercials.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and client specifications.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a focus on Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) project management.
* Proven track record in delivering large-scale projects, ideally within the decarbonisation or renewable energy sector.
* Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, contracts, and project resources effectively.
