Our client, a Fit-out Contractor, based in Lichfield, are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. The Quantity Surveyor will be focusing on fit-out projects but in the retail / hospitality sectors on fast-track projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, to the client's satisfaction, and in compliance with all relevant regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-stablished and respectable business.

Quantity Surveyor Position Salary & Benefits

* Salary: £50k - £70k (possibly more for a strong candidate)
* Company Car plus fuel or Car Allowance
* Holiday: 21 days plus BH (increasing with service)
* Pension scheme
* Private Health Care (after 1 years' service)
* Death in service pay out (After 1 years' service)
* Monday to Friday (flexible)
* Location: Lichfield

Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements

* Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor in retail or hospitality fitout
* Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards
* Full driving licence
* Based with commuting distance of Lichfield
* Office based position with site visits
* Good tenure & seeking a permanent position
