Tailored Recruitment Consultancy are working with an established business in Leeds City centre to recruit and experienced Administrator

Reporting into the Office Manager your duties will include

• As part of the business support team, to provide support to the Group Business Manager, Directors and technical team in order to provide excellent service delivery in accordance with the companies policies and procedures.
• To provide exceptional customer service at all times within the office.
• To appreciate that project information in the office can be confidential and must not be discussed externally.

Core Duties

As part of the Business Support Team
• Answer and deal with telephone calls in an efficient manner, and where possible, provide information on behalf of Directors and technical staff.
• Dealing with deliveries, incoming and outgoing post.
• Provide support to the technical staff with typing and document production as and when required and prepare documents in the correct branded style and format. Word processing and document production (audio and copy) using Microsoft Office - documents to include but not restricted to letters, file notes, emails, minutes of meetings, Fee Proposals, Cost Reports and Valuations.
• Providing general support and assistance to the Group Business Manager, Directors, Project Managers and Surveyors as necessary.

• Undertake comp (arithmetical) checking of documents for Directors and Surveyors as and when required.
• Carry out any electronic project filing when required.
• General office administration and housekeeping tasks such as ordering stationery and catering supplies, checking paper and ink stocks in printers/photocopiers and topping up as required.
• Booking hire cars, accommodation and travel as requested.
• Holiday request administration and recording.
• Greeting clients and visitors and preparing for meetings including refreshments when
required and clearing away after meetings to ensure conference rooms are kept clear at all times when not in use.
• Assist with fire warden duties (training will be provided).
• Assist with company car inspections.
• Management and ordering of PPE
