Key Responsibilities:

Uphold and implement the school's behaviour management policies.
Engage with students to identify and address behavioural challenges.
Provide one-to-one and small group mentorship to encourage positive development.
Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop and apply effective behaviour support plans.
Contribute to strategies aimed at enhancing the overall school environment.
Maintain accurate records of behaviour incidents and interventions using the school's MIS system.Requirements:

Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a related role.
Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with students and promote positive engagement.
Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to behavioural challenges.
