Are you a confident and experienced administrator?
We have registered a brilliant role with this prestigious charitable organisation! The successful candidate will be supporting key projects and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. Thisrole will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary Project Administrator Responsibilities
Help with booking travel, transport, venues and couriers
Keep CRM database and online portal up to date
Manage training participant communication on events platform
Update briefing documents using standard templates
Help with preparing equipment and materials for events
Attending and minuting meetings
General administrative tasks, such as sending meeting invites, raising purchase orders and processing invoices

Experience as an administrator
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong IT skills with proficiency in using Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Fluency in English, spoken and written
