UKG Pro/Dimensions Consultant with Dell Boomi Experience - 6 months - Inside IR35 - Hybrid (Reading)

We are seeking a skilled UKG Pro/Dimensions Consultant with extensive experience in Dell Boomi for a 6-month contract position. You will be a crucial part of the UKG Pro AMS/AD team, handling enhancements, changes, and fixes based on client requests. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid technical background and hands-on experience in UKG Pro/Dimensions implementations and integration.

Responsibilities:

• Provide UKG Pro/Dimensions implementation, rollout, and support for multiple customers.
• Manage the configuration and support of Timekeeper, Accruals, Leave, Attendance, Attestation, Advanced Scheduler, and Activities modules within UKG Pro.
• Lead system configuration tasks, including work rules, pay rules, break rules, exception rules, and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Utilize Dell Boomi to integrate UKG Pro/Dimensions with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization.
• Handle incidents, problems, and changes within the UKG Pro/Dimensions systems, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Design and deliver high-quality, configurable solutions that align with the client's overall business requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, enhancements, and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that UKG Pro/Dimensions applications effectively support the business processes.

Preferred Skills:

• 5-12 years of experience with UKG Pro/Dimensions and Dell Boomi.
• Proven experience in UKG Pro/Dimensions implementation, configuration, rollout, and support for more than one customer.
• In-depth knowledge of UKG Pro modules including Timekeeper, Accruals, Leave, Attendance, Attestation, Advanced Scheduler, and Activities.
• Hands-on experience with Dell Boomi for integration purposes, handling data flows between systems.
• Expertise in UKG Pro configuration - including setting up work rules, pay rules, break rules, and exception rules - and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
