We have the privilege of recruiting on behalf of a fruit supplier within the Fresh Produce sectors, who supply retail customers with high quality Fresh produce products.

Due to exciting growth within the business, we currently offer an opportunity to join the production team in a permanent, full time position as Production Line Leader.

The position of Production line Leader will report to the Production Supervisor and take responsibility for dedicated production lines, overseeing the line performance, and ensuring fruit product is packed efficiently, meeting customer requirements, and transport deadlines.

We require;

1 years’ experience working within a production facility or relevant skills and/or qualification

Approachable, effective, motivating, and driven management ability
Exposure to FMCG / Food / Fresh Produce sectors
Production systems experience advantageous

Location; Kent
42.5 hrs a week contract, 5 days a week out of 7. Every other weekend. Days off are on a rolling rota.

Salary; hourly rate of £12.82. Overtime rate for any additional hours worked
